One focused service, done well: one-on-one support in a person’s own home, so adults with developmental disabilities can live where they choose — with as much independence as possible and as much help as they need.

No cost to you. When you are an Inland Regional Center consumer, the Regional Center funds these services directly. Families are never billed.

Our mission

Every person deserves a home, and a say in their own life.

JM Transitional Housing was founded on a simple belief: with the right support, adults with developmental disabilities can thrive in a home of their own. We are a local, community-rooted nonprofit — not a call center — serving families across the Inland Empire with patience, respect, and dignity.

We meet each person where they are, honor their choices, and build support around the life they want to live.
