JM Transitional Housing helps adults with developmental disabilities live safely and fully in a home of their own — through Supported Living Services, in partnership with Inland Regional Center.
Our core service
Supported Living Services (SLS)
One-on-one support that meets you in your own home — so adults with developmental disabilities can live where they choose, with as much independence as possible and as much help as they need.
What support can look like
- Cooking, meals & keeping a healthy home
- Medication reminders & health appointments
- Money management & everyday planning
- Transportation & getting out in the community
- Up to 24-hour and overnight support
